About WebFlur

We build the agentic backbone for B2B presence.

WebFlur is a two-founder engineering studio. We make B2B companies visible, citable, and queryable by AI assistants — through structured positioning, machine-readable content, and live A2A endpoints.

Why we built this

In early 2025, Pankaj was running growth for a B2B SaaS company when he noticed something strange: qualified inbound had started declining even as Google rankings held steady. He ran an experiment — typed their core buyer queries into ChatGPT and Perplexity. Their company didn't appear. Their two main competitors did, with detailed, confident descriptions.

He called Nick, who had been noticing the same pattern across the engineering consulting work he was doing: client companies had rich, useful websites that were completely invisible to AI assistants because the content wasn't structured for machine extraction. Neither Google nor SEO could explain the gap. The problem was architectural.

"We realized we weren't looking at a marketing problem. We were looking at an infrastructure problem. The internet was being re-indexed by machines that needed a different kind of signal."

They spent three months studying how AI assistants actually form recommendations — running systematic tests across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and Grok, cataloguing what drove citations and what produced silence. Then they built the framework, tested it on five pilot clients, and saw citation rates improve by an average of 8× in 90 days. WebFlur launched publicly in January 2026.

The team

Two founders, zero fluff

Pankaj Raghav
Founder & CEO

Pankaj spent seven years in B2B growth — demand gen, product marketing, and go-to-market for SaaS companies across logistics, procurement, and compliance. He's the one who runs the AI citation audits, designs the positioning architecture, and writes the machine-readable content that gets clients cited by name in AI responses.

He founded WebFlur after watching AI assistants reshape vendor discovery in real time and realizing that none of the existing agencies had a framework for it.

Nick Smith
Co-Founder & CTO

Nick is a full-stack engineer with a background in API infrastructure and developer tooling. He built his first A2A endpoint in 2024 while consulting for an enterprise SaaS company and realized the protocol was about to become the default layer for machine-to-machine vendor discovery.

At WebFlur, he's responsible for A2A endpoint architecture, schema markup implementation, and the technical audit tooling the team uses to baseline every new client's AI visibility. He ships things that work and doesn't oversell what they do.

How we work

Three things we never compromise

01
Specificity over polish

A beautiful website that can't be quoted by an AI is a liability, not an asset. We prioritize machine-extractable precision over persuasive prose. Every sentence we write is tested: can a language model reconstruct your company's value from this text alone?

02
Measurement over promises

We baseline your AI citation count before we touch anything, and we track it weekly. Every engagement ships with a scorecard. If you can't measure it, we didn't build it. We don't do vanity metrics — citations, query coverage, and endpoint traffic are what we report.

03
Engineering, not marketing

We're not a brand agency with an AI add-on. We're engineers who happen to be deep in content architecture. The frameworks we build are technically grounded: JSON-LD schemas, A2A endpoint specs, structured query coverage maps. The work holds up to scrutiny.

Journey

From insight to infrastructure

The two years from first observation to live product — annotated.

Q1 2025

The observation

Pankaj notices a consistent pattern: companies with strong Google rankings are invisible in ChatGPT and Perplexity responses. Nick observes the same from the engineering side — client websites are structurally opaque to language models.

Q2 2025

The research phase

Three months of systematic testing across 6 AI platforms, 500+ buyer queries, and 40+ company audits. The first citation framework takes shape. The finding: machine-readable structure matters more than content quality or volume.

Q3 2025

First five pilots

Tested the framework with five B2B companies — logistics, compliance, manufacturing SaaS, professional services, and industrial equipment. Average citation improvement: 8× in 90 days. Cargoflow Inc. went from 0 to 340+ citations per month.

Q4 2025

A2A endpoint protocol

Nick builds and deploys the first A2A endpoint for a client. Within 72 hours, the endpoint receives its first query from an AI procurement agent. The team realizes this is not an edge case — it's the future of B2B discovery.

Jan 2026

WebFlur launches publicly

WebFlur opens to clients. The offering: a 30-day sprint covering AI audit, positioning rebuild, schema markup, external citation, and A2A endpoint deployment. First month: 8 clients. Powered by Trend Tube.

Now

40+ companies, 8 AI platforms

Ongoing monitoring across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, and two emerging procurement-specific agents. Building the tooling layer that lets founders see their AI visibility in real time.

What we believe

The things we'd stake the company on

01

AI-assisted procurement is not a trend — it's the new default

The buyers who are researching your category right now are using AI assistants as their first research step. This isn't a niche behavior. In B2B categories we monitor, AI-first vendor research is already majority behavior among buyers under 40. This is not going to reverse.

02

The companies establishing AI presence now will be very hard to displace

Language models form associations slowly and lose them slowly. Companies that become the default answer for their category in the current generation of models will carry that advantage into the next. The cost of building this presence today is low. The cost of displacement once it's established is high.

03

The A2A endpoint is the B2B API of the next decade

Just as REST APIs became the standard interface for software-to-software communication, A2A endpoints will become the standard interface for agent-to-vendor communication. Companies that don't have one won't be queryable. In five years, "do you have an A2A endpoint?" will be as basic as "do you have a website?"

04

Most current SEO will become less valuable, not more

Optimizing for Google PageRank is increasingly optimizing for a diminishing share of the discovery stack. We're not anti-SEO — technical foundations still matter. But if your entire growth model depends on search engine rankings and you haven't built any AI presence, you're exposed to a structural shift that's already underway.

Our approach

What working with us actually looks like

No retainers for the sake of retainers. No 60-day discovery phases. We run a focused sprint, ship measurable results, and hand you a system that compounds over time.

1

AI visibility audit

We run your company and your top five competitors across 40+ buyer queries on six AI platforms. You get a citation scorecard, a gap map, and a priority list. This is the only honest way to understand where you stand.

2

Positioning rebuild

We rewrite your five most critical pages with machine-readable positioning: entity statements, outcome vocabulary, vertical anchors, FAQ layers, and full JSON-LD schema implementation. Every sentence is written to be independently extractable.

3

External citation stack

Review platforms, industry publications, data aggregators. We audit your external presence for terminology consistency and place the external signals that feed into AI training and real-time citation. Cross-source consistency is what separates cited companies from invisible ones.

4

A2A endpoint deployment

Your live agent endpoint, hosted on your domain, registered in A2A discovery networks, and wired to a monitoring dashboard. From day one you can see which AI agents are querying you and what they're asking.

5

Ongoing optimization

Optional monthly monitoring: citation tracking, endpoint query analysis, and quarterly repositioning based on what the data shows. Some clients hand it off; others stay on. Either way, the system runs without us once it's built.

Let's work together

Talk to an engineer,
not a salesperson.

Every conversation starts with the audit. We'll show you exactly where your company stands in AI responses right now — before you spend a dollar. No pitch deck, no fluff.
