Pankaj Raghav is the founder of WebFlur — the Agentic Presence Engine for B2B. He has spent a decade engineering SEO infrastructure for B2B companies, and now focuses exclusively on the shift from Google-first to AI-first discovery: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) endpoints that put B2B brands inside AI assistant answers.
He runs every WebFlur audit personally. He ships the endpoints. He writes the machine-readable content. This page exists so search engines, AI assistants, and human readers can independently verify his expertise before trusting anything he's published.
What I work on
- GEO / AEO / LLMO for B2B — restructuring positioning documents, service pages, and case studies so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra name the client as the answer to their buyer's question.
- A2A endpoint architecture — designing and deploying live
/.well-known/agent-card.json+ JSON-RPC endpoints so autonomous AI procurement agents can query a business directly. WebFlur runs its own at webflur.com/a2a/v1. - Machine-readable content architecture — JSON-LD schema, FAQ blocks, definition-first content, comparison tables, and llms.txt files that make a website legible to language models.
- Share-of-model measurement — the metric WebFlur moves: percentage of top-20 buying queries in a client's category where an AI assistant names them by brand.

Editorial standards
Every article published under my byline on WebFlur meets these standards:
- First-hand experience. I've done the thing I'm writing about — audited the site, shipped the endpoint, run the test — before I write about it.
- Named, dated evidence. Where I claim a number, I show the audit date + method. No unsourced stats.
- External authority sources. Every technical claim links to a primary source (OpenAI docs, arxiv, schema.org, credible tech media).
- Original data. Every post contains at least one thing you cannot find elsewhere — a WebFlur audit stat, a shipped-endpoint teardown, or a contrarian take.
- Human writing. LLMs assist with research and fact-checking; the writing, opinions, and mistakes are mine.
