A letter from
our founders

We started WebFlur because we watched great B2B companies become invisible — not because their work was weak, but because the way buyers find vendors had fundamentally shifted. AI changed everything.

Dear Founder,

Something quiet and irreversible happened in the last eighteen months. The buyers you're trying to reach stopped searching the old way. They opened an AI assistant, typed a problem, and trusted the response. They never typed your company name. They never landed on your website. They never filled out a form.

They found your competitor instead — not because your competitor is better, but because their business was legible to the machine. Structured. Positioned. Engineered for the agentic web.

"Rankings do not equal revenue — unless the right agent can find you, understand you, and recommend you."

This is the problem we built WebFlur to solve. Not content marketing. Not SEO in the old sense. Not a chatbot bolted onto your homepage. We engineer your agentic presence from the ground up — so that when an AI assistant is asked to find a specialist in your category, your business is the answer it gives.

We have seen this pattern repeat across every vertical we work in. The founders who adapted early are now closing deals they never had to pitch. The ones who didn't are watching pipeline dry up and wondering why their referral flywheel stopped.

That is what this manifesto is about. Not a prediction — a current reality, and what you need to do about it now.

We look forward to building this with you.

Excellent delivery is no longer a
growth strategy

The rules that built your business no longer apply. Here is why the shift is permanent — and what it demands from you.

01

AI agents are the
new gatekeepers

Buyers increasingly delegate vendor discovery to AI assistants. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini — they are becoming the first touchpoint. If your business is not legible to these systems, you are invisible before the conversation even starts.

02

The buyer holds
all the power

Decision-makers are more informed than ever. They have already consulted three AI tools before they reach out to you. Your positioning must be airtight — because the machine will expose every gap in your narrative before you get a chance to explain.

03

Silent excellence
goes unnoticed

You can be the best in your category and still lose to a competitor who communicates better with AI systems. Doing great work is table stakes. Being discoverable, cited, and recommended by agents is the new moat.

04 — The result

Most B2B businesses are completely invisible to the intelligence layer that now sits between them and their buyers.

This is not a marketing problem. It is an infrastructure problem — and it requires an engineering solution.

The answer

Predictable, engineered
agentic presence

The era of passive discovery is over. You cannot wait for agents to stumble across you. You must be built for them — structured, cited, and positioned at the protocol layer where AI assistants operate.

Our system
The Agentic
Presence Engine
Built entirely on the A2A protocol. Four interlocking layers that make your business machine-readable, cited, and chosen.
01
Positioning
Translates your founder's expertise and category insight into a single source of truth that every downstream agent can quote, cite, and reason with.
02
Agent Endpoint
A structured A2A-protocol endpoint that lets AI assistants query your business directly — capabilities, case studies, pricing signals, and proof points.
03
Signal Layer
Continuous publication of machine-readable content that trains the inference layer to associate your name with your category — compounding over time.
04
Discoverability
We engineer your presence in the datasets, citations, and directories that AI systems use to answer buyer queries — so you are found before the RFP exists.

Compounding authority today.
Market ownership tomorrow.

There is no false choice between fast results and long-term brand. Our system runs both in parallel from day one.

The Long Game

Authority & Inbound

Build the signal layer that makes AI systems default to recommending your business. Compound effect. Grows without ad spend. Becomes a defensible moat.

  • A2A-protocol structured data published continuously
  • Positioning documents cited by AI training pipelines
  • Category ownership in agentic search results
  • Machine-readable case studies & proof points
The Short Game

Pipeline
Now

Deploy your agent endpoint immediately and start capturing buyers who are already querying AI for your category. Predictable, measurable, trackable.

  • Agent endpoint live within 30 days
  • Query analytics — see who asks and what they want
  • Signal from warm AI-referred leads only
  • Closed-loop reporting on agent-driven revenue
Why we built this

We built this system
because we needed it

WebFlur started as an AI consultancy. We were building agent workflows for B2B clients — and we kept running into the same wall. Our clients had world-class solutions, but AI assistants couldn't find them, couldn't describe them, couldn't recommend them.

We were invisible to the very intelligence layer we were helping others build on top of. So we turned the problem inward. We engineered our own agentic presence. We documented what worked. We built it into a repeatable system.

That system is now running for active B2B companies across SaaS, professional services, and industrial tech. It is the only thing we do — because it is the only thing that matters right now.

30d
From kickoff to live agent endpoint — the fastest path from invisible to machine-readable.
3×
Average increase in AI-referred inbound queries within the first 90 days of deployment.
100%
Of our clients were invisible to major AI assistants before we started. None are after.
This is only the beginning
