A week-by-week breakdown of how we take a B2B founder from zero AI visibility to a live agent endpoint and first citations in one month flat.

When we onboard a new client, the most common question we get is: "How long will this take?" The honest answer is that full agentic presence — where your company is reliably cited by multiple AI assistants, across multiple buyer query types, with an active A2A endpoint receiving real traffic — typically takes three to four months to reach a stable state.

Audit: How invisible are you, really?

Before building anything, we need a baseline. The audit week has one goal: an honest picture of where you stand across the AI landscape right now.

We run your company name and your top ten competitor names through six AI assistants — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and Grok — across 40 buyer query types specific to your category. We log every response: who appears, where, in what context, with what language.

Then we crawl your site with the same lens a language model uses: semantic structure, schema markup, machine-readable content, FAQ coverage, external citations, and consistency of terminology across pages.

Week 2
Positioning rebuild: writing for machines

Week two is the content work. We rewrite the five most critical pages on your site — homepage, product/service page, about page, and two use-case pages — using the machine-readable positioning framework we've developed.

This isn't a rebrand. Your voice stays the same. What changes is the architecture: entity statements using your full company name, specific outcome claims with metrics, vertical anchors that tie your name to specific industries and job roles, and structured FAQ blocks that mirror AI assistant query patterns.

We also implement JSON-LD schema markup across all key pages — Organization, Product, FAQPage, and HowTo schemas where applicable. This is the part most agencies skip and it's significant: structured data gives language models a clean extraction path that doesn't depend on parsing prose.

Week 3
External presence: getting cited in the wild

Your own site is only one input into how AI models understand your company. What third parties say about you — and in what language — matters significantly, particularly for current-generation models that were trained on crawled web content.

Week three focuses on external citation quality. We audit your G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and LinkedIn presence for terminology consistency. We identify the three or four industry publications that most frequently feed into AI training data for your category. We pitch contributed articles — or work with your existing PR relationship — to place at least one piece that describes your company in the structured language we've developed.

We also work on Wikipedia and structured reference pages for your category, where appropriate, because language models place disproportionate weight on these sources.

Week 4
A2A endpoint: going live

The structural work of weeks 1–3 improves your presence in today's AI models. Week four builds your presence in tomorrow's.

We deploy your A2A endpoint — a structured agent interface hosted at a standard path on your domain that AI procurement agents can query in real time. The endpoint receives a structured query about your company's capabilities, availability, pricing tier, or specific product details, and returns a structured JSON response designed for agent-to-agent consumption.

We register your endpoint with the agent discovery protocols we work with, submit it to emerging A2A directories, and set up monitoring so you can see in real time when an AI assistant queries your endpoint and what they asked.

The sprint isn't the finish line — it's the foundation. Months 2 and 3 focus on expanding the content surface area, deepening vertical coverage, and optimizing endpoint response quality based on real query data. The compounding effect kicks in around month 3, when citation frequency starts to increase non-linearly as the model associations strengthen.

Who this works for

The 30-day sprint works best for B2B companies that have a clear ICP, a defined product or service, and at least some existing web presence to work from. It's not a good fit for pre-launch companies with nothing to build on, or for consumer brands — the AI assistant citation dynamic is primarily a B2B procurement phenomenon.
